Ordering information:
Ordering your prized specimens or polished rocks is very difficult to do online. We all know the preferred way is hands on – “ITS ALL ABOUT THE FEEL!” I encourage you to be very specific in the order notes when ordering. You can always send me a message or even call before placing order and tell me exactly what you are looking for. I will do whatever I can to ensure your expectations are met.
Shipping Information:
Your shipping cost will be actual shipping cost! Care will be taken when choosing shipping packaging to protect your item. Most purchases will need to be in a medium flat rate boxes to provide adequate room to avoid damage and arrive to you the way it left me. If any damage does occur during shipping, I will work with you personally to resolve all issues.
